The NEW Studio is FINISHED, for the time being...

I am finished with most of the work in the new studio.  I still have a few odd things that need done, but knowing me, I could put those off forever.  So this post will be chucked FULL of pics of the NEW Studio, tired of seeing pics of the studio yet???? If you are, skip this post, cuz it's gonna be UP CLOSE & PERSONAL, every square inch of studio ~Ready????

Desks... Project Life area, Cricut, sewing machine... general working are.  The door, there is still some debate about painting the door ~I want to make the paint look neater, Maddy likes the messy, rustic roughed up, look. That chair, WILL be black, it's on the project list!!

These were all made from repurposed fabric, as were the matching covers.  The scroll fabric was used on a fair horse stall project a few years back, and the aqua pillow was an old skirt of mine!

Why is that so exciting??? We have NO working radio in this house, weird, I know!!!
I wanted to be able to listen to Tallon on his morning shows, so I finally got a radio!!

The bookcase behind the dresser. Another Repurpose.  It was once part of a chair that my Grandpa built. The chair had seen better days, but I managed to salvage the bookcase.  It was in old studio too!

And this desk, I drug out of the garage. It used to be a vanity type thing.
Had a mirror on it, I took it off, was planning to paint it black too, but
decided against it.  I like that it adds to the mish-mosh of mismatched furniture!!

And the closet with NO door.  Working on coming up with a solution to that!!
Maybe a curtain or something like that.
It's full of a crazy amount of stuff... things like boxes that hold items to be scrapbooked, all separated by themes.  A few projects that are still not completed from Maddy's open house last year,
bills, important stuff that need handled, invitations to events, homemade cards, backpack & purses...

And THAT is pretty much it... That concludes the GRAND TOUR!!!! I promise NOT to bore you with posting any more pictures of this place!!! I know it's not anything SUPER FABULOUS but I LOVE IT!!!!! I love all the crazy mismatched furniture and the bookshelves.  I love that the futon is still here, and Tallon has a place to sleep when he comes home.  I LOVE that my whole family seems to congregate here a lot lately.   I just plain LOVE this SPACE!!!!

We'll be moving on to new projects now!!! Library area!! And then Maddy's room!!! Pics soon!!!
