Longer and Harder...

Well, it's Tuesday morning and that means I was off to the gym...
Week 5 Day 2, don't know why I started on Day 2, you'd think if I was going to do Week 5 over I'd start with  Day 1.  Not sure what went wrong there... But the good news is that I finished Day 2
8 minute jog
5 minute walk
8 minute jog
5 minute walk
~ I threw in an extra
3 minute jog
5 minute walk
I was pretty dang excited, pumped in fact!!

Now Day 3 gets downright CRAZY, they are asking ME to run for 20 minutes straight, SERIOUSLY??? As IF!!! This may be the point where I drop dead of the heart attack!!!! However, if I do not drop dead, but still  fail, I will keep trying!! The workouts continue to get Longer and Harder, my recovery time is getting shorter and I am managing to entertain my mind for longer periods of time. Although I am looking forward to the day that the run is easier too!!!

Nothing else terribly exciting happened at the gym, I have decided that everyday, after the gym, I will be going out to Right Way Nutrition and getting myself a shake.  I have a hard time eating after the gym, I get a belly ache, so this seems a good way to get some nutrition without a meal.  I'm not a fan of the idea of replacing meals with shakes and such, but 3 meals a week, isn't gonna hurt me, especially since I tend to eat very little until after noon on gym days anyway.  Right Way Nutrition is a Herblife based business, and they use all their products, so I know it is healthy supplements. You get an Aloe shot, a 16oz. iced tea, and a shake.  So, we'll see how that all works out.  Will keep you informed, I think taking vitamins has definitely been helping me too!

So not much else exciting to report on the fitness front, EXCEPT...

NOTE:
Anyone with TMI issues, should STOP reading NOW!!! This is about to get PERSONAL!!!!

After the gym, I was taking a MUCH needed shower, I do sweat like a pig!!! Anyway, I was in the HOT shower, stretching a bit and upon lifting my boobs {and these girls would make me a HOT commodity ~in any aboriginal community} to scrub off all the sweat, I discovered something that resembled my rib cage!!! YEAH SERIOUSLY!!!! This is a discovery of EPIC proportions! This rivals the discovery of T-Rex, or  Indiana Jones finding the Crystal Skull, or Jack Sparrow finding Dead Man's Chest, or even the Ark of the Covenant!!! Yes! This IS a very BIG deal!!! I knew the rib was there, it had to be, or I wouldn't be walking upright, but I sure hadn't seen it in YEARS!!!! Now, if THAT doesn't inspire me to keep up this healthy eating and exercise thing NOTHING will!!!  If there is ONE bib, surely the entire rib cage is there, buried deep under my flesh and several layers of blubber, and {what used to be} muscle.  I am like an adventurer, an Archeologist! Just think what other treasures I could unearth... leg muscles, the list of possibilities is endless!!!!

ALRIGHT, enough of that!!

Today, I'm gonna work in the NEW Studio for a bit. Started my first official "project" in the studio last night.  I used my sewing machine to make a cover for the sewing machine, and started one for my Cricut, plan to finish that today.  Hope to start on some art work for the walls today.  AND take a bunch of pics of the Studio.
