Pumpkin Patch

Every year we make that pilgrimage to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out the very best pumpkins we can find. Maddy and I consider this a really big deal. It's important to find just the right ones. I mean becoming a Jack-o-lantern is very serious business, protecting the household from the evil spirits, and all. We always come home with WAY more pumpkins than we really need, but FAR less pumpkins than we really want. We work hard narrowing down the choices, we discuss pro's & cons of almost every pumpkin in the patch and who would make the best tall, stubby, or decorative Jack o-lanterns and then load up our favorites.
